Fee Structure

Swaap Strategy Vaults incur certain fees to ease their continuous operation and maintenance:

• Management Fee: This fee covers expenses like gas. It pays for rebalancing, deploying, and general vault maintenance. It's calculated based on the duration of your investment in the vault. For instance, if you stay invested for three months, you'll only be charged a proportional amount of the annual fee, rather than the full year's fee. The annual management fee is currently set at 0%.

• Performance Fee: Aimed at aligning the interests of vault managers and users, this fee is based on the vault's profitability. We use the high-water mark method. The fee applies only to profits from your entry point until the vault's highest value. This way, you're not charged during downturns or for the same profit gains. The performance fee is currently set at 10%.
